All items purchased within Australia incure a postage fee of $15
Standard Shipping Estimates are 1-7 days (remote may take longer)
Upon returns you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us for inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns
Due to the intricate detailing and handmade craftsmanship of our items we expect slight variations in our designs. This is considered normal. Our items are made with care and love and we ask that you are gentle when wearing them. We guarantee 100% authenticity on vintage items, and they are non refundable.
For hygiene reasons earrings are strictly non refundable. We understand that shopping online can be difficult therefore we are committed to including real-life images and videos on our social media platforms for you to view the items in all there realness from time to time. Please contact us via email for any specific questions relating to our items.
All Jewellery* comes with. a soft pouch for you to store your items for re-wear. For all Care Instructions please see our “Care Instructions” tab.
Ordering
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation via email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us anastasiamarietl@outlook.com
Once shipped, your parcel can be tracked using the tracking number provided to you in an additional notification email.
Returns
Our return policy lasts for 14 days form date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its full original packaging. A return must be submitted to us via email with your full name, and order number outlining your reasons for a refund. Change of mind wont be accepted. Emailed return inquiries are only considered. Vintage items are non refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return items. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method on the same day of approval. The timeframe for the return funds to you is determined by your bank.
Items can only be exchanged up to one time under the same policy. This does not include earrings.
Faulty Items
All items are quality controlled and checked before they are dispatched.
The term ‘faulty’ specifically refers to : a manufacturing defect when a product changes from it’s intended design and or purpose.
Normal wear and tear of items is general use and is not deemed a manufacturing fault. Slight variations in handmade items is considered normal and not a manufacturing fault.
Anastasia Marie the Label is not responsible for the following:
Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions.
General wear and tear and how you choose to store your items.
Damage caused by exposure to weather or environments and mishandling items.
Changes in the appearance of finishes over time.
Cancellations
Anastasia Marie The Label reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, in which case all funds paid by the Purchaser will be 100% returned.
Earrings
We are unable to offer an exchange or refund for hygiene reasons if earrings and or any headwear and hair details that have been worn.
Lost of Damaged Items.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at within 7 working days of your expected delivery date so that can do our best to assist you.
If damage has occurred during shipping, all packaging must be retained by receiver. Failure to do so, may invalidate any claim for loss or damage. Please email us and with all relevant information for us to assess your claim promptly.
